CharCole Apps is a subsidiary of Charles Cole Enterprises, LLC founded in 2010. It is a family owned and operated small business based in North Eastern Kentucky. CharCole Apps began as a side project for a non-profit organization, but when Charles “Russ” Cole realized the powerful potential in local community mobile web applications, he drew from the company’s nearly 20 years combined experience in educational technology and began designing and creating apps for school districts, churches, and other non-profit organizations.
